We collect information you provide, information generated when you use EasyToken, and limited information from service providers.
- Account and profile data, such as name, email, company and billing address.
- Authentication and organization data, including account roles and API-key metadata. Secret API keys are shown only when created.
- Billing and transaction records. Payment-card details are handled by our payment processors rather than stored by EasyToken.
- API and product usage data, such as model selected, token counts, cost, latency, request identifiers, timestamps and error information.
- Device, browser, IP address, cookie and security-log information.
- Support messages, feedback and other information you choose to send us.
2. Prompts and model responses
To fulfill API requests, EasyToken transmits the content you submit to the model provider selected for that request and returns the provider’s response. Processing may be subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices.
We process request content only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot and comply with law for the service. You should not submit sensitive personal information unless you have a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards to do so.
3. How we use information
- Provide, authenticate, operate and improve EasyToken.
- Route requests to model providers and calculate usage, pricing and account balances.
- Prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents and enforce our Terms.
- Provide support and send transactional or service-related communications.

4. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only as needed for the purposes described in this policy.
- Model providers, when necessary to process the API request you initiate.
- Infrastructure, analytics, customer-support and payment vendors working on our behalf.
- Your organization’s administrators, when your account belongs to an organization.
- Authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety and service integrity.
- A successor in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections.
5. Cookies and local storage
EasyToken may use cookies and browser storage for authentication, preferences, security and essential product functionality. You can control cookies through your browser, but disabling essential storage may prevent parts of the service from working.
6. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and meet legal obligations. The service may link to or interoperate with third-party websites, model providers and payment services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and this Privacy Policy does not cover their independent processing.
