These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of EasyToken’s websites, developer console, unified AI APIs, documentation and related services.
By creating an account, accessing the service or using an EasyToken API key, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use EasyToken. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
You must provide accurate account information, protect passwords and API keys, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and credentials.
2. Access to the service
Subject to these Terms, EasyToken grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access the website, developer console, APIs, documentation and related services for lawful personal or internal business purposes.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, impose reasonable usage limits, or restrict access when needed to protect users, providers or the service.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use or help others use EasyToken in a way that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harmful or disruptive.
- Do not compromise security, bypass limits, probe vulnerabilities or interfere with service operation.
- Do not distribute malware, spam, deceptive content or content that infringes privacy or intellectual-property rights.
- Do not sell, transfer or expose account credentials or API keys without authorization.
- Do not use the service to facilitate violence, exploitation, unlawful surveillance or other prohibited activity.
- Comply with the usage policies and license restrictions of each model provider used through EasyToken.
4. Inputs, outputs and AI limitations
You retain your rights in prompts, files and other content you submit. You grant EasyToken the limited rights needed to transmit, process and store that content to operate, secure and support the service.
To the extent permitted by applicable law and provider terms, you may use generated output for lawful purposes. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, non-unique or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it, especially in high-impact contexts.
5. Third-party models and services
EasyToken provides unified access to independent model providers and payment or infrastructure services. Those services may have separate terms and policies. Availability, behavior, pricing and output can change without notice, and EasyToken does not control third-party systems.
6. Fees, credits and billing
Paid usage is charged according to the pricing shown by EasyToken when the request is made. You authorize our payment partners to process applicable charges and taxes. Prepaid credits are applied to eligible usage and, except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, are non-refundable and have no cash value.
You are responsible for monitoring use of your API keys. We may pause requests when a balance is insufficient, payment fails or activity indicates abuse or risk.
7. Intellectual property
EasyToken and its licensors own the service, software, documentation, branding and related intellectual property. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. Feedback may be used to improve EasyToken without restriction or compensation.
8. Privacy and security
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect the service, but no system is completely secure. You are responsible for using appropriate security controls in your own applications.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using EasyToken at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, security risk, unpaid charges, legal requirements or conduct that may harm EasyToken, its providers or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. EasyToken disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyToken will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, data or goodwill, or decisions made from model output. EasyToken’s aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or other reasonable means. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
